TWTwatches offers a range of custom and modified watches.

4. Pricing and Payments
Our base currency is the Euro (€).
For customers outside the Eurozone, prices are automatically converted and displayed in the local currency (e.g., GBP or USD) at checkout.
All prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an error in pricing or product information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to selected countries only.
If checkout is available in your country, this means we can deliver there.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs processes.
6. Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original, unused condition and returned with all packaging and protective materials intact.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
7. Warranty
All watches come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications made after purchase.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and designs — is the property of TWTwatches or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission from us.
9. Limitation of Liability
TWTwatches is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
In no event will our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the purchased product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

12. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs
TWTwatches acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer.
All products are shipped on behalf of the customer.
The customer is considered the importer of record and is therefore fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply upon importation into their country.
TWTwatches does not collect or remit VAT, import tax, or customs-related fees on behalf of the customer.
Any such fees must be settled directly by the customer with their local customs authority.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that TWTwatches is not responsible for any customs delays, import-related charges, or local tax obligations.
Failure to pay such charges may result in your shipment being held or returned by customs authorities, for which TWTwatches accepts no liability.
